Customer Account Manager/Administrator

Salary: 25,000 (plus Commission and Company Bonus)
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Location: Southampton

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships? We're looking for a Customer Account Manager/Administrator to join our clients Customer Services and Sales team.

As a Customer Account Manager/Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships while also looking for opportunities to grow business within your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer claims, credits, and queries professionally
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Manage your own email account and customer interactions
  • Promote exclusive brand sales within your territory
  • Analyse sales and account data to support business growth
  • Provide general support to the team as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience in handling challenging calls and a fast-paced environment
