We currently have an exciting role for a Sales Account Manager to join a leading Manufacturing company in Southampton.

The Sales Account Manager will manage the sales activities of our clients accounts by developing and maintaining a high standard of professional customer service through timely response on quotations, order entry, complaint handling and proper scheduling of warehouse shipments.

The selected candidate will also have the ability to manage existing customers requirements identifying and assessing potential customer opportunities to increase revenue including selling additional items/services outside of original scope/quote or requirements.

The Ideal Sales Account Manager will have:

  • 2 years+ sales experience, preferably in a commercial environment or within the manufacturing industry. Any Aerospace experience is desirable.
  • Good customer relationship experience - building and maintaining
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Drive to learn new processes and company products.
  • Strong communication skills, time management and resilience
  • Excel and Word experience with the ability to learn the in-house systems
  • Strong numerical skills

Salary:

£25K + Company Incentive Scheme
