Your new companyA youth focused organisation, creating positive futures in the Solent area, by harnessing learning, relationships and inclusion. Due to organisational progress, a Finance Assistant is required on a permanent basis.Your new roleWorking closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for various finance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of financial processes and accurate financial record-keeping.You will produce and distribute sales invoices on a monthly basis, generate and distribute customer statements, chase debts and reconciliation of accounts and deal with queries and issue credits for any errors and ensure this is followed up and authorised for payment.You will maintain and reconcile sales invoicing with the Placement Table to ensure accurate invoices are produced.Working with the Placement Team and other staff to ensure the invoices are accurately produced and assist in the IPAs sent by the Local Authorities, ensuring the forms are signed and returned.
