Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in exploring various artistic mediums, techniques, and art history. We aim to cultivate a supportive environment where students can express themselves artistically and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive art lessons for students of various ages and abilities
- Providing guidance and support to students to develop their artistic skills and techniques
- Introducing students to art history and exposing them to diverse artistic styles and movements
- Organizing and overseeing art exhibitions or displays to showcase students' work
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop the art curriculum and integrate cross-disciplinary projects
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field
- Passion for art education and fostering creativity in students
- Strong knowledge of various art mediums, techniques, and art history
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
