About the Roles:We are looking for passionate and committed teachers of English, Maths, and Science to join our schools in Southampton. If you are enthusiastic about your subject and dedicated to inspiring the next generation of learners, we would love to hear from you. The successful candidates will teach at KS3 and KS4, fostering academic achievement and a love for learning in these core subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create engaging and interactive learning environments
  • Monitor and track student progress through assessments, feedback, and reporting
  • Support students in achieving their potential and preparing for exams
  • Maintain positive and effective classroom management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development
  • Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and concerns
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and whole-school initiatives

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, or Science
  • Ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • A passion for education and student success
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
