Full time English Teacher Position in the Southampton Area starting from January
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Duration: Long-Term Contract until July 2025
Location: Southampton
Pay: £150 - £230 per day depending on experience
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated English teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Southampton area, starting in January 2025. This long-term role will involve teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the curriculum and a passion for inspiring students to achieve their best. The role is suitable for an ECT for English as well as an experienced English teacher seeking a long term position in a supportive English department.

The School is a mixed Academy School for students aged from 11 to 16 years and comes with a Good Ofsted inspection in 2019. The School has around 1100 students in total. The School is conveniently located from Southampton centre, with regular public services to the area. The School offers regular training for staff and opportunities for career progression.
