About the Role

As a PE Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning abilities and styles.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Organize and supervise extra-curricular sports activities, including clubs, teams, and school competitions.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and motivating environment where all students feel encouraged to achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's overall mission and objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • A passion for physical education and a commitment to student well-being and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Experience organizing and leading sports events or teams (desirable).
