About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across our vibrant and dynamic secondary schools in the Southampton, Hampshire. The successful candidates will inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for your chosen secondary subject and promoting high standards of achievement. This role offers the opportunity to be flexible, experience different educational settings and make a difference to the students you work with. The role is to start from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners, using set lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess student's work in line with the curriculum, if on a long-term contract.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in a secondary subject discipline.
  • Proven experience teaching at secondary school level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, long-term contract

Pay: £130.00-£200.00 per day
