Key Responsibilities

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5
  • Contribute to the development of the science curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and science-related events
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Science Teacher who:

  • Is passionate about inspiring the next generation of scientists
  • Has a strong subject knowledge across biology, chemistry, and physics
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and independently

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Experience teaching science at secondary level (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
