If you are a creative and inventive Unqualified Science Teacher or specialist looking for a full time, long term, potential temp to perm position starting in January 2025, this could be the opportunity for you.The provision in Southampton provide education to girls aged 9 to 19 years and are rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, they have a skilled staffing group working in a nurturing environment ensuring their girls flourish and achieve above and beyond their potential.

You'd be joining a team who provide an outstanding education for girls with high anxiety, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs; including Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Attachment Disorder, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Learning Difficulties, ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs and complex needs. Due to the needs of the students you would ideally have experience with all or some of the above needs - whether this is in a school or care setting, or even first hand experience with family members/friends or children of your own.

The successful Unqualified Science Teacher would be confident in delivering Science up to KS4. If you are Unqualified Science Teacher you may also have the opportunity to extend your knowledge and gain qualified teacher status through an apprenticeship route.
