We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our passionate team at a specialist SEN school in Southampton, starting January 2025. These rewarding roles are in our lower education classes (Primary SEN) and provide the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners with additional needs.



About the Role:

  • Class Size: Small groups of 4-6 young people, allowing for a focused and supportive teaching environment.
  • Student Needs: Tailored learning for children with diverse additional needs, with an emphasis on phonics teaching and other foundational skills.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, delivering, and assessing lessons.
    • Work closely with our Assistant Heads and Head of Education, who will provide ongoing support and guidance.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, enabling every student to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.


What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience or a keen interest in working with primary-aged children with SEN.
  • Strong understanding of phonics teaching and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
