Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an Industrial Sewing Machine Team Leader for our lovely client based in Bishops Waltham.
In this exciting role you'll support a busy production team, overseeing the operations, ensuring speedy and professional turnaround of production.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a friendly, down to earth and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for the team of sewing machinists.
- Accurately read drawings, translating from paper to product.
- Work to strict turnaround times, motivating the team to ensure performance.
- Maintain accurate records for stock and drawings.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience in sewing machine operation (preferable)
- Ability to read technical drawings (preferable)
- Experience in operation of CNC operation (preferable)
- Previous Supervisory/Managerial experience (essential)
Hours: 7:00 - 16:00 or 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: From £32,000 Depending on Experience
