Southam Selections are working with an Insurance Broker who specialise in Motor Fleet Insurance. They are looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator who can support the Brokers in their busy office.

You need to have a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced team and having an analytical mind may help but this role is essentially a Customer service role working with Brokers to support the policy administration side of the business.

The job role;

  • You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • Supporting Brokers with enquiries and obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of the information submitted by brokers in a timely manner.
  • You will also be required to use your own initiative to maintain an excellent standard of service and seek to exceed Broker expectations.

Duties of a Fleet Administrator would include;

  • Support the Broker Team in with policy administration
  • Validation of documentation and adjusting premiums as required
  • Amending or cancelling policies for the Brokers
  • Enforcement of cancellations due to non-payment, non-disclosure or non-provision of documents and any terms imposed by the Insurer
  • Ensuring Compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
  • Record all correspondence
  • Following key compliance principles set by the company and the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Ensure successful broker and capacity audits
