  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on-site.
  • Complete service documentation and prepare reports for additional work or spare parts.
  • Assist in organising and prioritising all fieldwork types effectively.
  • Schedule jobs with customers, ensuring timely completion.
  • Report real-time job status updates promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and roadworthy service vehicle.
  • Provide detailed activity reports to the Operations Manager.
About You:
  • A tactful, diplomatic, and communicative approach to customer interactions.
  • A strong technical mindset with good coordination skills.
  • Previous engineering experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with IT systems.
  • A clean driving licence is mandatory.
