Your new role
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Children's Support Workers to join a fantastic organisation on a permanent basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and support to young service users, helping them develop skills and improve their quality of life.

  • Provide person-centred care and support to children.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational tasks.
  • Support children in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with children, their families, and other professionals.
  • Monitor and record the progress and well-being of children.
  • Promote independence and encourage children to develop new skills.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
