Community Carers Needed Experienced Candidates Only

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Community Care provider in the Southeast. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by supporting service users in their own homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing. Youll assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication support, and companionship, making a genuine positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting service users in daily activities to ensure their safety, comfort, and independence
  • Helping with personal care tasks (toileting, washing, dressing) and meal preparation
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, events, and outings
  • Providing friendly companionship and emotional support to enhance service users' quality of life

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a care role (community care, care home, hospital, or similar)
  • Valid driving licence required; ideally, access to a personal vehicle (pool cars also available)
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Friendly, caring, and trustworthy personality
  • Flexibility for shifts (7am2pm and 4pm10pm, or one shift pattern based on availability and skills)
