Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Inclusion Unit (Southampton)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join the Inclusion Unit at a reputable secondary school in Southampton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering a range of academic and vocational subjects to small groups of students within the Inclusion Unit.
  • Provide tailored support to vulnerable students and those at risk of exclusion, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualised strategies that promote student engagement and success.

Ideal Candidate:
