Punjabi-Speaking Female Support Worker Southampton
We are looking for a Punjabi-speaking female support worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care to a client in Southampton who requires support in their preferred language.
This role is ideal for someone compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others maintain their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support with catheter care (full training provided)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and engagement in daily activities
Requirements:
- Fluent in Punjabi and English (essential for effective communication)
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undergo a DBS check (or already have one)
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential full training provided
- Driving is preferred but not required
