Role: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Southampton – office based
Hours: Full time
Salary: From £40k, depending on experience
Are you an experienced OH Advisor looking for a more local role within Southampton? My client are a well established and highly regarded company in the South of England, providing the most exemplary occupational health services to clients across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. They are a relatively small, close-knit team, who deliver exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring a healthier and safer workplace for employees.
Role and Responsibilities:
• As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be an essential part of our clinical services team, working closely with a group of OHAs in the office, with the guidance of a skilled Clinical Services Manager.
• Conducting health surveillance
• Handling management referrals to maintain the wellbeing of our clients' employees
• Case management will be minimal, totalling around 2 half days per week
• Most of your work will be office based, however you will be required to provide client sites very occasionally, which will require a valid driving licence and own vehicle

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification
Valid driving license and access to your own car for occasional client site visits.
Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, with a genuine passion for promoting health and safety in the workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, showcasing your problem-solving capabilities.
