About the role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in encouraging independence and promoting an active lifestyle for our service users. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting service users with personal care, cooking, and cleaning.

Acting as a key worker and completing required reports/paperwork.

Encouraging engagement in community activities and attending appointments.

Using service users vehicles for outings.

Assisting with de-escalation and managing challenging behaviours (training provided).
