We are looking for Female Support worker
Role: Home care support worker
Location: Southampton SO45
Shift hours:5 to 10hrs of job
Additionally, there will be alternative days when the staff will need to work full days mostly on weekends.
Mandatory: Worker should know how to drive with UK driving license.
Work to do
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Support:Administering medication under supervision or reminding clients to take their medication.
- Meal Preparation:Preparing and serving meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Household Tasks:Assisting with cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other household chores.
- Companionship:Providing emotional support, engaging in conversations, and encouraging participation in activities.
- Mobility Support:Assisting clients with getting around, using mobility aids, and transferring.
- Communication:Maintaining clear communication with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Documentation:Keeping accurate records of care provided and updating care plans.
- Safety:Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the client.
