Trainee Positive Behaviour Mentor - Make a Difference in Southampton!

We’re looking for a Positive Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant and inclusive 11-16 secondary school located in Southampton. With excellent public transport links and a central location, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do
  • Support vulnerable students (ages 11-16) as they navigate school life.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to encourage positive behaviour and learning.
  • Calm and de-escalate situations with confidence and care.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to engage students in lessons and minimise disruption.
  • Keep parents and teachers in the loop with valuable feedback.
