FM Support Assistant

Up to 37k plus free onsite parking

Fawley, Southampton

5 days a week on-site- 730am-4pm

Resourcing Group have an exciting opportunity to join the LEADING FM & Real Estate company. My client is looking for an FM Support Assistant based in Fawley Southampton

Key Accountabilities

  • Day to day support to the Soft Services Manager
  • Support to maintain an effective Soft FM delivery program considering client needs and contract
  • Day to day support of Soft FM contract deliverables
  • Administrative support for Soft FM compliance with client business and financial controls requirements
  • Handle FM communications directly with stakeholders seeking Client Approval
  • Support the Soft FM administration function assisting with data gathering and client presentations, new spreadsheet creation, annual update of existing spreadsheet trackers etc.
  • Support with transportation service during absence of Garage Coordinator
  • HR administrative support for hires, new starters and leavers.
  • Assist in data gathering exercises, market research and benchmarking costs and services and feasibility
  • Actively engage in a positive safety culture
  • Coordinating preparation for client related VIP visits and events
  • Ensure statutory compliance is maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Selection Criteria

  • Execllent IT skills, Microsoft Office and formatting
  • Qualifications to include core high level GCSE English and Maths
  • Familiarity with client CMMS operation
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
  • Experienced administrator
  • Full driving licence
  • Demonstrates integrity and respect for others while in a variety of different working
  • Courteous and polite manner
  • Ability to work in a
