Brook Street Ltd is pleased to announce a temporary available position within the National Probation Service in Southampton. This role is a full-time, temporary contract with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Role Details:

  • Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
  • Location: Town Quay House, 7 Town Quay, Southampton SO14 2ET
  • Schedule: Standard hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension

The National Probation Service plays a crucial role in the criminal justice system, supervising high-risk offenders in the community and ensuring public safety.

Your Role:
As a Case Admin, you'll be the backbone of our admin team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve:

  • Database Management: Keep accurate offender and victim information up-to-date.
  • Effective Communication: Manage referrals and maintain vital relationships with external agencies.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain case files and management information.
  • Reception and Enquiries: Provide top-notch customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism.
  • Support Services: Arrange appointments, handle petty cash, and support with meetings and documentation.
