Job Title: Justice Key Worker

Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE

Location: Southampton

Purpose:

To manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO Activity Hubs, supporting them in overcoming barriers to resettlement, achieving milestones, and developing skills. This includes delivering interventions and facilitating sessions at Hub locations and pop-up Satellite Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate all stages of CFO Hub services, including induction, assessment, and Education, Training & Employment (ETE) support.
  • Facilitate structured interventions and activities.
  • Support participants with complex needs through person-centred case management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Hub Peer Mentors.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and input achievements into CATS+.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, support services, and employers to enhance participant opportunities.
  • Work closely with pre-release services, including attending prisons where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and governance policies.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs toward education, training, and employment.
  • Strong communication, motivation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, rehabilitation, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Enhanced DBS check and access to own transport.

Desirable:

  • IAG qualification (e.g., NVQ Information, Advice & Guidance).
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS).
  • Experience working with offenders in custody or the community.
  • Knowledge of restorative justice and rehabilitative approaches.
