- Qualified and registered with Social Work England.
- Recent MASH Team experience, including familiarity with IT recording systems.
- Strong understanding of thresholds and ability to manage referrals effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and prioritising workloads.
- Confidence in conducting and documenting strategy meetings.
