Your new companyWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join an Adults Safeguarding Team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults, working closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive safeguarding services. Your new role

  • Conducting assessments and investigations into safeguarding concerns.
  • Developing and implementing safeguarding plans.
  • Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, police, and other social care services.
  • Providing support and advocacy for adults at risk.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in Adult safeguarding.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
