  • Architect & Strategise: Lead the high-level architecture and devise long term technical strategies, steering projects crucial to global security.

  • Technical Leadership: From mentoring other engineers to managing sprint boards, your expertise will be integral to the team's success.
  • Optimise & Automate: Shape application architecture for peak performance, automate processes, and ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines for smooth product delivery.

What You Bring:

We're looking for an all-rounder with deep expertise and a keen interest in pushing boundaries. Here's what makes you a perfect fit:

  • Extensive Technical Know How: You've spent 10+ years developing applications and embedded systems using C/C++, Java, Python, Rust, and full stack development with Angular.
  • Cloud & On Prem Mastery: You've designed and managed Kubernetes environments and worked with IaC tools like Helm Charts, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • CI/CD Proficiency: You're well versed in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and ELK.
  • Physics Appreciation: A plus if you have an interest in radiation physics - it's always great to work with people who understand and value the company's purpose at its core!

Salary & Benefits: £70-£75k plus pension, private medical + family, flexi hours, hybrid working.

Working Schedule: 4 days on-site in Southampton (near Eastleigh, Winchester, Chandlers Ford).
