Their award-winning projects have been successfully used across a broad range of industries, from defence and healthcare to corporate training. Known for their cutting-edge work, they specialise in creating interactive training environments that reshape how industries approach skills development. With a UK base and a growing global client list, they’re expanding due to recent growth and investment and are looking for a Senior Unreal Developer to join their innovation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the VR development team, providing core coding architecture and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with both the VR and R&D teams, contributing to innovative solutions for defence and private sector projects.
  • Conduct horizon scanning to explore new tech opportunities in XR and continuously evolve and develop their company offering.
  • Assist in change management and proposal activities, helping shape the future direction of the company

What You’ll Bring:

  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine, including Blueprints and C++.
  • Solid knowledge of software architecture, version control, and integration with external systems.
  • Demonstrable VR experience, ideally within games technology or immersive training.
