The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to assist our client with the building of a web-based automation portal for managing tasks across a complex test environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive C# knowledge, as well as a proven background in Automation and Integration. The system will be able to handle task automation across multiple machines, including configuring IP addresses, computer names and automation processes for simulation software, as well as supporting real-time status reporting from all automated components.

Skills and Experience:

  • A proven background and expertise in developing software in C# & .NETdevelopment
  • Experience configuring Windows environments programmatically (IP configuration, computer renaming, automation processes)
  • Experience with automation frameworks interacting with software via UI automation (FlaUI.UIA3, UIAutomationClient, WinAppDriver, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Windows PowerShell, WMI, or other scripting methods for system configuration.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a C#-based automation solution to interact with third-party applications
  • Design and develop a web-based automation portal for managing test environment tasks
  • Create a task & Job Management System for managing automation tasks
  • Develop functionality to integrate with simulation software and automate tasks like triggering actions at defined intervals
  • Build a real-time dashboard displaying task execution progress, machine status, and error handling
