Part-Time Junior Software Tester
Location: Southampton / Remote
Salary: 16,800 (22.5 hours, flexible days/hours working)

We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Software Tester to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing while contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the full software testing lifecycle
- Create and develop test schedules and implement new testing processes
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs and defects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Create and execute test cases based on project specifications
- Record and triage defects to ensure quality assurance
Key Skills:
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in software testing
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid foundation in software testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with manual functional testing and web applications
- SQL proficiency (desirable)
- ISTQB certification (desirable)
