C.Neo Ltd are working with a local SME commercial maintenance & construction contractor to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to run a 2 million multifaceted industrial & commercial refurbsihment project in Southampton, Hampshire.
The ideal Site Project Manager will need to be availbale to start middle of January with project starting start of February.
As a Site Project Manager will need to have proven experience in leading similar size projects from inception to completion and undertaken and understand the mutli disciplines within a refurbishment project inclduing M&E & Fabric works.
As a lead Site Project Manager you will need to be the main face of the company to the client and therefore this is a very client facing position.
Qualifications needed as SIte Project Manager are
- SMSTS
- Relevant Construction qualification
- First Aid
- Prince 2 or equivalent
