They provide education to vulnerable young people aged 15 - 19 years.They are looking for a passionate and empathetic Pastoral Support Assistant who ideally has an interest in sports, to join their team. They are looking for someone to start after October half term, although happy for the right person to start sooner. The suitable candidate will be someone who loves working in an alternative education environment. Who is nurturing and able to build positive relationships with young people to support them both academically and emotionally and build their confidence.This is a full-time, temp to perm position.
