About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary, secondary, and SEND schools. Whether you're looking for day-to-day placements, short-term roles, or longer-term assignments, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability and career aspirations.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored education plans.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping students with personal care and emotional regulation where necessary.
- Engaging with students through one-to-one or group support.
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
- Are patient, adaptable, and empathetic.
- Hold relevant experience or qualifications in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
- Are confident working in primary, secondary, or specialist SEND settings.
- Have a valid DBS (or are willing to undergo one).
