Join our team as a Community Fundraising Officer to plan and deliver a variety of community fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to contribute to our growth and community engagement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage supporter journeys for community fundraisers to maximize fundraising returns.
  • Distribute fundraising materials and manage general enquiries.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers for local community events and fundraising initiatives.
  • Identify and manage attendance at Third Party Events to engage supporters and enhance our brand presence.
  • Collaborate on developing annual community fundraising strategies to increase income.
  • Oversee the community fundraising budget, ensuring accurate financial management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible, with a can-do attitude, able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work additional hours during events.
  • Experience in community/event fundraising and knowledge of CRM databases (desirable).
