Customer Sales Advisor - Outbound
Salary: 23,000 per year plus OTE 7,000 per annum in commission

The Role:
You'll be an ambassador for the market-leading brand
- Making warm outbound sales calls to customers to sell our protection plans
- Using your communication skills and knowledge to share the product benefits
- Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
- Helping each customer find the right solution for them
What we need from you?
- A solid background in targeted sales.
- Excellent attention to detail. Our customers mean a great deal to us, so want to get things right first time.
- Great communication skills to build relationships and listen to our customers.
- You'll be calm, cool, and relaxed; able to juggle tasks while working quickly.

Hours and work schedule.
- You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift between these opening hours:
- Two weeks of Monday: 10:00 - 18:30, Tuesday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30. Friday it's an early finish: 09:30 - 16:00
- Two weeks of Monday: 10:30 - 19:00, Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 - 19:00, Friday it's an early finish: 09:30 - 16:00
