Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and hands on Group Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategic growth plans for the team across the multiple sites in the UK & overseas. The successful candidate will implement standard modeling practices, SLAs, and long-term supplier agreements to drive growth and transform the team into a proactive, high-performing unit. This role will focus on optimizing procurement strategies, supplier management, compliance, and sustainability while ensuring cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities for the role:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Negotiate long-term supplier agreements and implement SLAs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis to mitigate supply risks and identify opportunities.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with trade laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor market conditions affecting procurement decisions.
  • Track key procurement metrics and report insights to senior management.
  • Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
  • Implement dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and transform the procurement team into a proactive, strategic unit.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Drive adoption of procurement technologies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in strategic procurement, preferably in a global setting.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Certifications: Preferred CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent.
  • Multilingual: Additional languages are highly advantageous
