Estates Surveyor needed in Southampton, £23.03ph PAYE - 5256952

RICS qualified surveyor who would manage a portfolio of the operational properties and properties occupied by community organisations. In addition, the post holder will work on matters relating to telecommunication installations.

The work will include rental valuation of properties, management of complex tenancy issues, negotiations, report writing and stakeholder management.  

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
