Operations Assistant

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a temp to perm Operations Assistant to work with one of our clients in the logistics sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking for a career in management. Full In-house training will be provided.

Important information about this Administrator role:

• 12-week temp to perm position
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours are 10:00am- 8:00pm
• Dealing with drivers
• Handling enquires over the phone as well as in person
• Helping with the office operations and planning for drivers
• General office administration

• Own transport to commute to and from work
• Excellent customer service
• Basic computer knowledge is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Take ownership of your own work as well as being able to work in a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• 'Can do' attitude
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
