A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Traffic Operator to join a well-respected Transport business in Felixstowe.
The company has a strong presence in the UK and Europe, and their Felixstowe office has experienced growth over the years.
They are seeking a Transport Planner to join their busy transport team, with working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, and candidates should have transport planning experience.
Key responsibilities include planning and routing trucks, liaising with drivers and customers, and inputting data into the in-house IT system.

8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Duties Include

Planning and routing trucks around the UK and Europe
planning reloads to ensure maximum profitability.
Lising with drivers and subcontractors
Communicating with customers
Inputting necessary information into in house IT system

Skills Required

Transport planning experience
Good geographical knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
IT literate
