We are currently seeking a HGV Breakdown Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive long-established Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer based in the Southampton area.The successful HGV Breakdown Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with working a choice of working hours of Days: Shift pattern negotiable and Late Shift: 18:00 - 03:30 Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) with Overtime Available: Paid after 45 hours, with additional bonus rates for weekend overtime.Our Client is looking for a HGV Breakdown Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.Typical Duties of a HGV Breakdown Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements of this HGV Breakdown Technician vacancy:

Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
