Are you a passionate UX/UI Designer ready to shape the future of insurance? Our client is embarking on an exciting digital transformation, and we're seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the way.

Main Responsibilities:

· Elevate the Digital Experience: Design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences that delight our clients customers.

· Optimise the Customer Journey: Collaborate with the digital analytics team to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements.

· Innovate Through Design: Conduct user research and testing to uncover insights and drive innovative design solutions.

· Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity across all digital touchpoints, from brochureware to complex online applications.

· Partner with Agile Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget.

Skills/Experience required as a Senior UX/UI Designer:

· Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, ideally in a digital-first environment.

· Design Mastery: Expert knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a deep understanding of UX principles.

· User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and translating them into exceptional digital experiences.

· Agile Agility: Experience working in Agile environments and a knack for adapting to change.

· Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical Skills: A keen eye for data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
