The position is for a skilled Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic in the Southampton area.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or an equivalent qualification, with a stable workshop-based career profile.
Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and repairing motor vehicles is essential, with knowledge of current Engine Management Systems being advantageous.
The salary for this role is competitive, and full training will be provided, with an MOT Tester qualification considered a plus.
Previous experience in a main dealership is preferred but not mandatory, and only fully qualified individuals should apply.

Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician for a main dealership. My client operates in the local area and an opportunity exists for those with NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent and a stable workshop-based career profile, ideally gained within a Franchised Dealership.

As an experienced and qualified Technician, you will have the ability to assess accurately, diagnose and repair all makes of motor vehicle. Knowledge of current Engine Management Systems is an advantage. However full training will be given. An MOT Tester qualification will be an advantage. Previous main dealer experience desired but not essential and only fully qualified people should apply.
