Grounds Maintenance Driver

24,000 to 26,000 per annum

Southampton

37.5 hours per week

The safe use of ride-on mowers, rotary mowers, strimmers, leaf blowers and other horticultural machines
Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, and pruning
Lawn maintenance and repairs
Bed preparation and planting
Hedge and shrub trimming
Keeping borders clear and free from debris and litter
Gritting, salt spreading and snow clearing when required
Ensuring tools are clean and damage free, reporting issues when necessary
Ensuring all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state
Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, materials and equipment
Undertaking safe working practices
Reporting any faulty equipment, damage, vandalism or potential hazards
Promote and ensure the good reputation of the company
Safe driving of company vehicles, reporting any damage or defects
Customer focused
