Job Description

As a Vehicle Technician you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and performance of customers’ vehicles. You will use your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, all while delivering the highest standards of service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire replacements.
Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
Keep accurate records of service work performed and parts used.
Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide customers with clear, honest explanations of vehicle issues and recommended solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using modern automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
Solid understanding of vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
MOT License would be a bonus but not essential
