Job&Talent are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operative in Millbrook, Southampton, we are looking for hard working and experienced warehouse operatives to join our team, our client is ramping up for some new business opportunities and are looking for core team members to join the operation.
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

?Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern

Salary :
?Starting at £11.44 basic rate per hour, with opportunities to increase to £12.13 based on
experience
?Our client offers day 1 training suitable for all candidates regardless of previous experience
however previous inventory management/ experience with scanners is preferred.
?We are currently looking for Full time positions, on the 2 week rotating shifts.
?Location : Millbrook, Southampton
?Hours of work: Rotating shifts Monday-Friday 0600-1400, 1400-2200 shifts rotate every 2 weeks.
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
?Accurately receive, pick, assemble and load customer orders within depot accuracy and speed
targets,
?Contribute towards a clean and safe working environment, demonstrating concern to ensure that
personal actions do not compromise the health and safety of self and/or colleagues at all times
?Handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimise damages and maximise
customer service
?Adhere to instructions and guidelines regarding manual handling, the use of Mechanical Handling equipment, including pre-operational checks, reporting of defects, and the safe use and operation of all equipment.
?Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, stacking stock onto and off pallets in a safe and stable manner ready for transit.
Please Note: This role requires long term commitment and is not suitable for candidates
looking for short term temporary work.
