This Content Manager contract will help to complete a large new website project for an excellent company. You can be home based 3 days/office based 2 days. The contract will start asap, through to sometime in May.

The Role

  • Help to move content from the current website onto the new Umbraco CMS.
  • Review all content as part of the QA and UAT process.
  • Pull together the final pages. Some 3000 pages have already been written, and the final 100 need to be finished, which will join everything together. This part of the process will focus on structure and hierarchy, pulling all the various threads into a cohesive final site.
  • Help to organise the digital media library to be useable on the new CMS
  • Effectively project manage the content side of a new website launch

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in website structure, hierarchy and SEO
  • Experience using a CMS to create consistent pages, perhaps Umbraco, or Drupal / Wordpress
  • Capable of a good technical learning curve and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A positive, team spirited person who can work independently and prioritise
