Job Purpose
- Strategically lead the audit function, working closely with Partners to align service delivery with the firm's commercial goals
- Oversee the provision of audits from planning to completion, including identifying new processes to improve efficiencies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive service delivery
- Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients
- Champion professional development across the time, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training

What are we looking for?
- ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience leading an Audit team
- Technically proficient with close attention to detail
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Demonstrable experience in winning new clients
- An appetite to proactively grow the business and be involved with the firm's strategic direction
- The foresight and confidence to provide proactive advice to clients and discuss opportunities with partners
- A strong leader and team player that encourages and motivates others
