Your role will provide you with valuable exposure to a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:• Providing first-line telephone support to leaseholders and tenants, addressing inquiries related to properties• Liaising with third-party contractors to coordinate and manage property-related services• Arranging maintenance visits and ensure timely resolution of issues• Produce outgoing correspondence to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders• Assisting with the management of property-related queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions taken• Supporting the wider team in delivering efficient and professional service to clients

Essentials for the RoleWe are looking for individuals who: • Have a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving• Exhibit an excellent telephone manner with professional and effective communication skills• Showcase strong written and verbal communication abilities to manage diverse customer interactions• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction• Demonstrate 2 years customer service experience (preferred)• Applicants must have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
