The Role - PA to the Chief Executive Officer - Southend £38,000

We are seeking an experienced PA to the Chief Executive Officer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients executive office. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

The PA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, and helping to drive strategic initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive management and senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and balancing conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Organise and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Oversee special projects, tracking progress and providing updates to executive teams as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive support role
  • Team management
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred.

The Package

  • Salary £38,000
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm Fridays working from home 8:00am - 4:30pm
